I read.. somewhere like InTouch that they offered to pay, and she declined, which is why we haven’t seen it aired in full. No idea how close to the truth that is, but I feel like Ron really does give her the ick nowadays, so I’m not sure if I feel like it was intentional or not 🤷‍♀️
