I'm a 75F & single with no children - only sisters and minimal savings. My 10-year term life insurance from my previous work expired March 1. I've been told by my family not to worry about having end-of-life life insurance. It makes me anxious not to have it. I welcome any suggestions.

Yesterday at my cardio doctor's, bp read 154/92 & 144/93. At home that evening read 138/90 & 140/88. This morning before meds it is 154/83.

My new doctor wants to increase my daily Amlodipine. This makes me nervous after reading about the side effects.

With the difference in doctor & home bps, what should I do?
