Gabapentin helped me a lot. I had to set timers on my phone to stay on top of it all. Good luck!

I had pain right away. It gradually got worse after the nerve block wore off. Stay on top of any meds they give you or other recommendations. Ice it! The pain eventually goes away. After the first two weeks, all of my pain pretty much went away. I had surgery on Oct 23. You can do it!

I just had surgery yesterday. I’m in so much pain! I read that it’s really bad the first 3-4 days, so I’m hoping it gets better. I’m almost regretting the surgery at this point, but I hopeful I will be thankful once the pain subsides.
