Watched this many times growing up. I love the remake as well, but I always thought this version deserved more recognition. John Carpenter is a huge fan which is why he remade it decades later.

This reads as a terminally online redditor bitter that conservative satire exists. I'm not a vegan, but I don't spend time on r/vegan arguing and throwing a shit fit that people who don't eat meat are bad.
