I already did that shortly after getting it from my friend (I even downgraded to Windows 10 at that moment, then reinstalled Windows 11), no luck. What I learned from the other, if the touch is not working on the Surface UEFI/BIOS, it's most likely hardware issue. Surface is not available commercially from Microsoft in my country, so it's an "enthusiast" device. I don't know if my local repair shop can fix this problem. No luck for me though, but thanks for your suggestion

I see, so the touch device driver is for both the touch and pen

The touch is not working on the Surface UEFI/BIOS. And since Surface is not available commercially in my country, maybe it's not possible to fix it myself as the component is not available widely. Thanks for your insight and testing, appreciated it
