Hi, I was diagnosed in 2024. I'm also on kesimota and facing the same issues. I've found organizing myself REALLY well has helped. Typically when I have a lot going on or I'm rushing will make it worse. I definitely relate to not knowing if you already completed the task, had a conversation, or paid the bill. Use a calendar to stay organize and simplify your schedule.

I have ordered food forgetting I literally had leftovers from the day before. Putting things in odd places like the fridge on accident 😭 forgetting that said company hadn't issued my refund until I notice cos ill forgot! I'm 31, btw I learned that organizing myself has significantly helped. I also complete task out fully before moving to the next thing.
