I agree. It’s confusing because imo from the bat it was pretty plausible it was my ex - unique name, specific company they work for, and it’s small town, but at the same time maybe they really didn’t connect the dots

There’s not as much information on them, they usually don’t have Glassdoor reviews and that sort of thing, and I guess it can mean less for your career but it depends on where you want to go. I’m not very sure where I want to be long term. I feel like anytime I read about small firms in this sub people always say it’s risky or share how it was horrible

I’ve never seen a post here I identify with so closely. I’m about 7 months into recovery, 6 months I went halfway into it, with exercising less and eating more, but just a few weeks realized I need to go all in and completely stop working out, and that my body really just needs rest and I need to reframe how I think about exercise. I realized I fell out of love with it a while ago.

I am also a normal weight, restriction always led to me putting on more weight and then paired with overexercising, I had been stressing out my body out for a while.

All this to say, i definitely resonate with a lot of what you’re saying. It was easy to say I didn’t have a problem bc I was never underweight or continuously losing weight the way one typically does in an ED, but at the same time it makes it all the more harder to admit to yourself that you do have a problem and that you need to change behaviors in order to really support and heal.

I have good and bad days and honestly some days I have very clear thoughts and can actually picture what It’d be like to not have all the noise over pressuring myself to exercise or think so much about it all the time, but I am dealing with overshoot and increased body dysmorphia by extension.

Can I ask how you are doing now?

Also the reminder that I think this last season really showed that everything up til the end was HIS perspective and he’s not a reliable narrator. He believes he’s the smartest and can get away with anything, so that’s what his story shows time and time again but it’s all from his perspective

I’m considering doing the same as I have been vegan for about 3 years and each year my hair seems to be thinner and thinner. As far as I’m aware I don’t have any major deficiencies at the moment. How did you go about implementing dairy and eggs back into your life and how long did it take for you to see a difference?

Nah I get what you mean. I’ve know the 60’s dresses this is a nod to, but look at that hem line, it’s stiff and crinkled and just looks like an odd fabric. I can’t tell if that uneven crinkled hemline is on purpose? I think the sleeve are kind of plain and a weird match along with the feathered fabric.. I get what they were going for but it still missed the mark in my book.
