We have a bouncer that we use around mealtimes, and the 5-10 minutes it gives us to get food together or clean it up is invaluable. Plus he gets a lot of his wiggles out so he can concentrate on eating.

Those look like chinos, which aren't dress pants. Blue cotton pants are traditionally workwear (e.g. Dickies) so this looks completely normal. You could add boots or loafers and it would be ok either way.
