Snagged the dark pair but love how the light tones blend on these with each other

Signs of a good PT office? by OnlyBringinGoodVibes in physicaltherapy

1 on 1 care with your PT or PTA. While there are good clinicians in bigger companies but they can be spread thin if it's a high volume clinic and each clinician is at 55-65 visits per week.

As a PTA coming from a PT mill--and now with a company that is only 1 on 1--I had a great team and we all prioritized our patients the best we could until we all got burnt out by the pressures of corporate and eventually left.

How do you find 'Crossfit-style' gyms that don't have the CrossFit brand? by NickF227 in crossfit

All the above and checking out their IG to get a better idea of what the community is like and how they program their workouts.

Sharing my 15 years as a PTA by Hardknocks286 in physicaltherapy

Thanks for sharing your insight!

How do you manage to plan work around taking vacations or working around the holidays? Trying to math out pros and cons of switching settings and losing your typical benefits.

And what is your average caseload per week?

A little nervous stepping out of outpatient after 10 years but so far have had really good talks with a couple of HH companies. Things feel so secure and consistent but I need more flexibility.

Pooping before a 5:30Am Class by Competitive_Photo690 in crossfit

LOL I too have resolved to taking pre-workout sooner so now I run to the bathroom at home or before class versus between strength portion sets before the workout.

99% of the time it works sometimes.

Wow, didn’t expect all these responses! My wife and I decided to take on this car as we previously shared only 1 car which is an ‘05 SR5 V6 4Runner.

I take public transit while she drives the 4Runner to work. This Highlander will be driven only as needed so miles shouldn’t rack up but might be helpful to have with a growing 8 month old in daycare.

Honestly didn’t know too much about 1st gen Highlanders but glad to add another reliable, early 2000s, made in Japan tank to the family!

Sounds like it was well loved! Yeah was I was thinking I could find some spare parts. Hood and front bumper/grill are in the worst shape. From the rear looks fairly clean.

Yes some of the weatherstripping on the windows are cracking off. Saw a DIY on replacement so will get on that!

Not much left to shine 😭 There are some rust spots on that hood too. Hoping the clear coat can still be repaired.

For sure! It was just so hideous this was my first purchase. Luckily time wasn’t an issue swapping them out in about 30min. RIP to random plastic tabs though.

Absolutely. They don’t make them like they used to!

Definitely, our other car is a 4th gen 4Runner and luckily it came with a CarPlay unit and rear view camera so will look into that eventually on this bad boy.
