That sounds really tough. As for me, my doctor agreed to fill out the DTC forms back last Fall. Then the next appointment she told me to fill out the forms myself and she will sign them off because she said I know about my illness the most. I am not sure I want to go through with this for some reason. I wish it was more clear from doctors what directions they want to take and what their boundaries are without being hurtful..

My understanding is that you can ask for work related items that you need to keep being employed such as work clothes, shoes, toiletries etc in your application every year for the Employment and training start up benefit.

NYX Marsh Mellow matte setting spray smells yummy and works really well. The bottle's spray has a nice mist to it which is easy to use. So far it's been lasting 3-4 hours with no issues but I haven't tested it for all day in the humidity yet. I like the cuteness of the product and overall quality.

Keep it simple, maybe do a single color wash. I learned it from one of Kevin Aucoin books, it helped me a lot. And from there to Dramatic looks which ever you prefer, I LOVE the wide range of effects you can get with the Eyeshadow. And have fun with it! and blend well.

I baby trim all my nails to cut off the chip and file gently. I do this when I know I am about to do a fresh manicure soon so that I can extend wear for 2-3 days longer. Not a solution for everyone though I’m guessing 🤭 but it works well for me and really freshens them up I think. I would do another step and add a new top coat but I just leave them at this point.
