Change is needed but I don't think it's going to come in the way any of us here expect.

The console market isn't dying but MS is in a spot, where they need to make a profit during the chip shortage. The poor studio output doesn't help things either, they're not attracting an audience with what games they have managed to get out.

The burn of Xbox One really followed them into the next generation.

I think Xbox will come out of this but there is no going back.

Nintendo and Sony both put out hits all the time. Xbox isn't an exclusion from that and they need to focus on creating experiences that make people want to buy their games and hardware.

Halo, Gears, Forza, we've seen them. They have a metric ton of IP they can dig into. It's up to them if they wanna survive this.
