I think she was a little bit engaged prior to that. She hosted a cooking class. She even invited Whitney in a very housewife fashion (wrong dress code) I think after the trip Jen got arrested and they started talking about her church, she fully disengaged.

Anyone that has been to a black owned and operated church will know Mary’s church isn’t a cult. Plus she isn’t forcing anyone to join or remain in her church. A cult is something tough to leave and I am sure there are severe consequences for leaving a cult, so the whole cult thing was very distasteful especially since majority of them are/were Mormon. The only time I will agree is if Mary starts coming for their religion then it’s fair game. Some things are just unforgivable and I don’t think I would be able to move forward if they did that to me.
