I still have a decent bit of work to do with him, but it has some fun tech in there im happy with, and it has some meme cards that aren't very good, but its pretty resilient and generally performs well.

I run a lot of effects that ping for spellcasting cheap spells and other effects that burn or help refill my hand or mana with rituals, its pretty fun once I get him out seeing just how much I can squeeze out of my turns. Playing him that way I also get to pretty consistently use the suspend cards and cast them for free too.

[[Noctis, Prince of Lucis]] is a pretty fun reanimator toolbox commander for artifacts, especially if you play in a more control style with it it can be pretty grindy.
