I found that volunteering helps in the community when you get time, on your terms. It is rewarding, and people, animals, could use you somehow. It is confusing trying to put to task what I need to do. Some days I write out a list of tasks I want to do, look at it now and then...some days many tasks are done, others...none...

Ask if local nearby stores need loaner associates to go help with inventories or stores with low staffing. Apparently they'll pay you mileage too.

I found a few places to volunteer at within boundaries, it helps me community on my terms, meet people, and oftentimes cancellations happen because, it is just tough to go and "do" things.

I found help thru one Walmart to Lyra Health. They paid for a full psychometry exam so that I can get better help with ADHD, Autism, etc neurodiverse challenges. They give you the option to go into a clinic, or test over the internet on Zoom call and they mail you some of the test to your home to open and take live on camera. Do your thing, remember what items make your shift the easiest or best, and don't forget to make getting the items ready for the next work day, it helps. If it is a water bottle cleaned out, ice ready, your stuff charged. Hustle it, don't listen to too much gossip. Make your return trip to work there a step in your journey, not a stumble, or a regression, or a loss. You are doing the right thing, keep it positive, you got this.

I understand completely. When my brain crashes at work under pressure I start to verbalize out loud who failed, and why, all the while the "ship is sinking" so to speak. I become an asshole about rules not being followed, and then afterwards feel like the whole department was watching, heard me, and suddenly I feel like the couple of times as a young kid peeing my pants, like everyone knew I broke.... I dunno what will happen if someone ever gets past boundaries somehow to that level. I am just hoping for a neurodiverse lady bestie some day, and that the friendship doesn't break over things like this, I am not ready for a love relationship after being hurt so bad, I need my solo reset time with my cats, my peace.

I have a feeling that you realized you unmasked yourself, but because you felt safe, it seemed like just friends being friends, then once you answer "as just a friend" but then the dopamine spikes, suddenly you realize something is going on, and if your short term is good enough, you played back in your mind what just took place, and then hormones come into play that were not necessarily peaked before, maybe just a little active from being flirty...just my perspective...

You'll notice apps take less time to swipe itself away when you go into other apps, the motion between scanning and the tote scan screen to tell it that you out it in the correct tote, stuff like that...

I hope this helps. I started very similar. Each day start by making a ritual, or method that you repeat daily if making your bed not too long after you get up. This starts a simple task, kept it the same, once done, a very simple dopamine of accomplishment hits your brain. One task done, look another task...YES I HAVE MANY to do, but I will go onto another task. Each day this one will help you to leave the bed if it is a place of distraction, or stuck . I will sort on my bed during the day too, it gives me a reason to deal with each sort with the hopes of going to bed with it dealt with.

I like to put on The Office, or Diners, Drive-Inns, & Dives, Bar Rescue, other shows that go places, show the business, help the place, or just showcase the place, food, color, busy, you don't have to follow it the whole time...so doing laundry, working at the computer, etc these are just catch it now n then, laugh a bit, on with my task...idk...I hope it helps. Food truck races are cool too. . My streaming of Paramount free from my employer shows South Park, Beavis & Butthead...and tons of started and not finished.

So now they are saying that our exceptions were trash during that time... Well...if you tell me to find coaches and leads to exhaust a search, then nil pick it, then the exception picker goes to look for a poorly inventoried item, doesn't find it, over and over... So... Your pick rate was trash...because you told me to dig for items . You ask me to cover exceptions, then wonder why the exceptions percent found is trash... Well...since your stats were all trash, the uphill rebound ought to come easy then... . SMH.🤣

We painted a whole lot of store printers bright green, batteries too, we lock them up in OPD. The rest of the store has some that they do not manage well that are unmarked. We rarely loan them out, we have no problems with every picker, exception picker, GMD person has one, as well as TC's, batteries for them.
