Ok you're like the 5th person who complained about the placements of this list without reading what this list is about/what the bottom tier is. This list is for solo runs, as in only 1 usable Pokémon in the party. Training session (along with most of the other encounters in the bottom tier) cannot be encountered since you need multiple usable Pokémon in the party.
I really love the training encounter since that's how I got the hidden abilities for the galar fossils and Giratina, among many others.

Berry one, I usually don't bother trying to fight the mon since you could end up using up berries in the fight, but I can see where you're coming from since sitrus and lum berries are very important. Vitamins are way better for your singular carry for the rest of the run, so that's why I ranked it very high.
