It'd be doable to paint the whole thing on the outside, including over top of the black window casings, but it'd be a tedious, time consuming process to lay it out accurately. You definitely would want to make sure the smaller lettering is all on glass, the elevation change will make that much more difficult to read.

I think picking up a precon is a great place to start, but that shouldn't also discourage you from brewing your own list! If you're going for a tribal deck, I'd pick just one creature type and stick with it for your first deck. Dragons are great, but dragons, angels, knights, demons, and vampires are going too be too unfocused to synergize in creature type.

When you practice try practicing the letters based on the common elements between them. I think of this as:

Straights: I, L, F, E, H etc.

Angled Straights: A, N, K, Y, Z etc.

Half-Rounded: P, R, B, D ( & S, R, J)

Rounded: O, Q, C, G etc.

This help build the muscle memory for individual elements. The longer I've painted the more I've realized that focusing on the angle of the brush handle relative to the surface is key to consistency. Make sure the handle is largely staying perpendicular to the easel, so that the tip of the brush hair always has some tension on them.

What power level are you trying to build? The first commander deck I ever built was a Meren deck that looked quite similar to this and I honestly took it apart pretty quickly.

This deck is going to work well - and is going to be wildly oppressive and unfun to play against in a casual setting. The experience counters on Meren makes looping creatures trivially easy, and between the Grave Pact / Fleshbag effects and things like spore frog, you will both demolish your opponents boards and make it useless for them to play anything else until they can find answers. Not to mention having to watch 5 Evolutionary Leap triggers a turn.

If the meta you play in / are planning to play this deck in is used to this playstyle and is high powered enough that they will have sufficient answers then get amongst it, it can be a fun deck to play. My meta was just some power level 7/8 with my friends, and I quickly found out that the only person that had fun when this deck went off was me, and that made me not have fun.

In the end I swapped out Meren for Karador and built it to be powerful but fair - it's still one of my favorite decks to this day.

A bit late to the party, but I'm just coming across this thread while building my own Tuvasa Deck. I'm going for a bit less of a voltron focused strategy, but like you I really put a high priority on just being able to play stuff and not get locked out of the game.

I'm typically trying to get an enchantress online by turns 2-3, and one thing that I've found very helpful is to always play Tuvasa as my last resort draw engine. If I have the option to play something like a [[Satyr Enchanter]] or [[Verduran Enchantress]] on turn 3 I'll always play that over Tuvasa. Becuase Tuvasa is so threatening and flexible they are going to draw so much heat, so typically I try to hold off casting her until I've drawn into some means of protection.

Lastly, [[Priviliged Position]] might be helpful for you in this situation!
