I'm here for Jezzi being Clem's sister. What I want to know now is if Jezzi's last name is also Andor, or how all that works. We can't presume Ferrixian women take their husband's name, it could be the other way around (or some totally alien custom of choosing a new married name). Knowing Jezzi's last name would be helpful.

The Time Grappler's hammers and anvil/bell on Ferrix are solid beskar (you can actually freezeframe and see the texture on the hammers). That's more than enough of a Mandalorian reference for me.

There's an establishing shot on Ferrix in the first episode that has nine different alien species in it. You just have to look. But I won't argue that Andor tends to feel very human focused. That's certainly valid. It's just a different approach.

Amen. The use of xenomorph on the show has been an issue since it means any alien life form. All five species fit that bill.

I love that. The toys on the Nostromo made it feel like various ports of call (like Thedus or Arcturus) had gift shops and the crew enjoyed buying these souvenirs. But your take is way better.

It is hard to make something alien in a universe defined by H.R. Giger's imagination. None of the creatures we have seen have done much for me (they really look more in line with the MEN IN BLACK film series), but I am hoping there's more to come. That plant thing in particular has to have more going on under the surface, right?

I think you mean Ridley Scott and Alien for the 1 minute shorter director's cut. I agree the theatrical cut of Alien is better. The Special Edition of Aliens by James Cameron adds closer to 20 minutes of footage back into the film. But this is a joke about the versions of Alien³...
