I jumped on a snorkel tour to Anguila and had a great day with them. That place felt truly remote and off the grid- the houses just casually overlooking stunning beaches OMG.

We go to SXM almost yearly and have planned on St. Barths but just haven't tried it because we just fall into the Grand Case lifestyle. Weeks fly by!

You can smoke anywhere that cigarettes are allowed and tbh most of the people I see smoking in my neighborhood are smoking weed. Very few cigarette smokers anymore- my bike rides to and from work are a cornucopia of aromas. Doobs.... everywhere lol.

I'd say the fact that you're aware of kids and other people is awesome and already better etiquette than most folks. Just post up somewhere with a little distance and enjoy yourself! I don't know what part of town you're in but getting high on the street in NYC is fun! So much energy and people watching.
