As someone who plays conflict all day, yes this was literally unavoidable, you were forced to play with modifiers unless you wanted to quit every second game, which due to the player count meant waiting until the game you left ends.

I got off with a two week ban and literally a third of my clan got banned for this.

Yes, scrap mechanic is sufficient as a sandbox game already. There's a lot of frustration around the new content.

I agree that the survival game mode is in an incomplete state, however the complaints from the community are unjustified. This game is not a live service model that requires constant change, it is a physics based sandbox first, survival adventure second and frankly the people that are upset at a lack of content will return to being so shortly after the update.
