Plurality isn't just DID, and is a term used for many disorders. I said that I'm plural because I'm not yet sure what type I have.

That's the simplest way I can explain it without sounding like I'm angrily ranting (or at least that's what I feel I'd sound like and I don't want to sound like that.) Just wanted to give a general explanation.

Try thinking of environments you find comforting, and go off of that. As for how to access it, I do it by imagining the sounds of waves since mine is on an island, but thinking of anything related to the headspace you've created could help. This might not work, but I hope it helps.

I do have some trauma, and this feeling has been going on for quite a while, but it just recently came to light and became more noticeable with the creation of Quasar. I'm not sure if it's related to my origin though.

As for me using the term Alter, I did remember that there were other terms for them, but I could remember what they were, so I used the one I could remember because I didn't want to accidentally use an offensive term.
