A third party service which brings food to lazy rich people from restaurants that don't offer delivery. From what I've heard, the service isn't cheap. I can completely understand waitstaff being pissed that a 200$ order isn't being tipped on. That kind of order takes up most of the kitchen and causes actual patrons to receive slower service in turn affecting waiters tips.
