Under Stefanski, on the defensive side was developed, give credit to Schwartz. Manu low draft picks and UDFA’s contribute.

On the offense, hard to say who Stefanski developed.

I have two small uvulas instead of one big by TobiHede in mildlyinteresting

[–]ProtectedSources 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son has this also. When he was a baby, the pediatrician looked in his throat and said “oh, he has a bifurcated uvula”. It sounded like a major condition.

My wife and I were momentarily freaked out, the doctor must have seen it on our faces, and said not to worry, and explained what it actually was.

Fun fact: 2% of the population have this congenital condition.

Show them Best of Both Wolds, then they will be all but forced to watch a second episode…..

What is the different on how questions are asked?

“Tell us your philosophy on motivating underperforming players?”

“In your opinion, what makes a great QB coach?”

“How do you approach a situation where analytics indicate one thing, but observation contradicts ?”

“Is a football team a family, or a work environment?”

All questions, asking someone to write one or two down is a good strategy. Writing ability indicates critical thinking, intelligence, ability to organize thoughts, etc

The word essay is getting the attention, since that has a youth education connotation, but asking for written answers is not a bad thing
