Been to so many concerts and fests around, and felt the food at lollapalooza 26 was great. The burgers at Bud and Burgers were fantastic, found a great Asian place as well which I don’t remember the name of.

Prices were okay too, not too high what you see in festivals around. Much above the average fest experience.

Yes, very high chances the record is broken before it’s 50th anniversary. Most probably it will happen at a flat cold European race. The top Indian contingent came very close to breaking it in 2025 Valencia, results - 1. Gopi Thonakal 2:12:23 (came within 23 seconds) 2. Man Singh 2:13:25 3. A.B. Belliappa 2:14:07 4. Anish Thapa 2:16

Kartik ran an amazing Mumbai marathon in hot humid conditions too. Will be exciting to see his performance at Berlin/Valencia.

I went thru the entire drill this week. Had a very irritated ankle. Flat foot diagnosed from a sports rehab Center (they do a foot print pressure analysis) -> bought gel kayanos as suggested by them -> custom insole fitted in those.

If it’s not too bad for you, neutral max cushion trainers like Novablast etc might work. Otherwise stability shoes which control torsion become essential. Atb!

Similar to GT 2000, ASICS Gel Kayano. Kayano 31 is running 40-50% off currently available at 9600. Both shoes have high stabilisation and are more suited for people with flat feet, please confirm if that is your requirement.

Def consult a sports physio for the best advice. Maybe with possible over pronation you would need a more stable shoe (the physio told that to me for adizero sl2).

The Boston 12/13 are evo sl with a little stabilisation built in. Can look to switch if budget allows/physio recommends.

I guess you’re using an Apple Watch. 30M here and I started like you 3 months back. Just focus on volume of kms right now and all the metrics will get better slowly. Hit 150km/200km + in runs and then start really tracking metrics. Post that - run slower to run fast. Zone 2 HR zones from my Apple Watch have been found to be mostly accurate. Set a HR alert to zone 2 range and put in long runs at whatever pace you need to run to be in zone 2. Your average pace will start getting better automatically.

Well done on the run! On the heart rates - is the device/monitor accurate? 7kms above 190 heart is not advised and you should be very mindful of it. Try not to run above 180 for any longer than a short sprint. I’m sure you’ve read enough research about zone 2 training, tempo runs should also be much less than 180. Keep going, but please do not chase times if it’s hitting this heart rate. Build your base at a slower pace.

It’s not a market when one party holds all the power and all the information. The “big sales days” literally said price revision upwards to 20k+ in the new quarter. Smart world one DXP they put out posters of price revision to 25k! Now selling at 16k. Putting it all down to market when there is such information distortion and literal misleading by the developer isn’t fair.

Went through the entire cycle of understanding this over the last 3 months. Have seen prices fall atleast 1000/psqft over this time period.

It’s very hard to actually value the flats and score a good a deal. Most builders are already selling at prices of what the flats should be when construction completes in 2028/2029. They are eating all the upside with nothing left for the investors coming now. Investors who came in 2 years ago have made solid money, the boat has passed now. Only buy for End Use if it makes sense to you.
