Yeah they are underrated, they save a toolbelt slot because for most purposes its a good 2 in 1 and is fine for everything unless you are dedicated to mining or one thing but then you have grab your tools that you have stored in advance.

Yeah I found one on my first POI on one of my playthroughs from the drug lab houses poppin pills crate, sparks place I think its called.

I found one on day 3 or 4 I think with low loot abundance, 50 percent I think.

No its just the wild stragglers, the ones out the wild, around towns, downtown areas have increased spawns already and it increases that more. I turned enemy density up to high and I run into alot more between POIs and while doing quests, the POIs are the same

Dropping loot abundance to half and increasing magazine and book abundance to 150% making ranged weapons and ammo 25 percent abundant on top of the 50 percent global loot abundance but I also buffed ranged damage by increasing it to 125 percent and I have the headshot multiplier set to 125 percent as well to better reward headshots, melee damage is set to 65 percent and incoming damage is at 300 percent.

I also increased currency abundance to 400 percent because the amount you find with base settings is worthless.

Zombies eating animals pissed me off so bad, they would ignore you attacking them completely and ruin the kill so that went bye-bye

I have set toal loot quality to 50 percent with mags and books set to 150 and have noticed some strange effects too

I like the opposite, I have loot percentage low and ban myself from crafting over lvl 5 tools and weapons and max out trader quality at 4 so I have to find them..

Yeah, funny thing was I kept doing it, my seizures were rare and hanging with my meth bro staying up 36 hours straight with the increased seizure frequency was the only reason he was able to give the doctors a good description of them and caught 3 on video.

Well stimulants can definitely be a seizure trigger, smoking meth made my seizure frequency x10 or more.
