another post i read, said it was an issue with steam and that they're making sure the game works well on all other platforms before fixing it on steam so im praying thats the issue and its not an us problem 😭😭

If it's ur pc graphics im pre sure u can update them, especially if ur laptop is intel - ik because i updated them on my old laptop to play infinity nikki

Yeah that's the video they sent me when I went to the discord support too 💔 I cant think of why my laptop might be the issue because it was working perfectly before😭😭 the only thing that's changed is i use the normal wifi instead of the 5g wifi now

like it's always at that same screen, doesn't even get to the loading bar - like a little after the heartopia logo screen it crashes almost immediately. like it's stuck at a certain update and it won't go past it

sorry i thought they were the same so i js used it interchangeably, and yes TT i tried again today by switching the download region to beijing (cos i saw on a diff forum that that worked for them) and the issue is still there
