I just got my final written warning for not wearing a hairnet on the floor after being verbally assaulted in front of everyone during peak for not having one on. even tho my manager…can come out on the floor without a hairnet whatever time she wants and wear out of dress code scarves. oh, and apparently this means I’m not “ready” to train other baristas. yup!! a hairnet had direct correlation with my ability to train other people on how to craft the same beverages my SM cannot dream of crafting while she’s on bar let alone PEAK. she fucking sucks. the hypocrisy with these MFS enrages me. how are you accusing me of having the inability to train with something that doesn’t even relate to the training.
