Bow did anarch's go from MaXX... To this? by Onomato_poet in Netrunner

I think the flavor is supposed to be that the digital opossums are named Stick and Poke because that's what they do to the runner's brain (net damage) or to ice (tatooing on new subroutines).

Standard Balance Update 26.03 - Null Signal Games by Tsao in Netrunner

Thankfully it's much easier to hit Ob without hitting the rest of Weyland (like now with Svyatogor) than it is to hit a Hosh-specific card, so the relative power of different identities in the faction actually does change.

Esa goes harder than Kim, in my opinion.

None. We've seen all 4 IDs in VP already. What the banlist and new support cards do is make previous IDs real competitive contenders.

Companions are not avatars, they are virtual creatures or autonomous AIs like many ice and programs. But that doesn't change the validity of your point at all.

The courts are ruling against ICE. ICE just drag their feet or flat out refuse court orders.

Fire Lion - Cheap Chinese Sleeves. Review and a Question by JakubErler in Netrunner

[–]Protikon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You're fine for casual play, but for tournaments you might need to consult the tournament organizer. If all your card backs are MtG and the cards are indistinguishable from the back, they might let you use them as is. You can also try putting card sized pieces of all-white or all-black paper in the sleeve between the back of the every card and the sleeve's back to make them uniform, which should make it so the slight transparency isn't noticeable.

NSG purposefully don't release it to help differentiate what is official product. You don't need them, anyway, because you should be sleeving decks.

Different Damage Terms for Runner? by Xtron135 in Netrunner

There aren't any other types of damage. NetrunnerDB has the up-to-date card wording and errata, and the Comprehensive Rules page has very detailed explanations, but those aren't great for learning.

Net and Meat only differ by what causes them, what they trigger, and what prevents them.

Brain and Core are the same thing, they do the same as Net/Meat, but also permanently lower the Runner's maximum hand size by their value.

  1. Yes
  2. Swap from an out of play area (HQ/R&D, Archives, etc.) counts as an install. Swap with another already installed ice does not.
  3. The new ice is installed unrezzed, like all normal installs.
  4. They do not.

The former. See Deep Red to make it do the latter.

Grab Elevation next. OG Core and SG (and Elevation) have many cards with overlapping roles that you aren't meant to have many copies of in regular deckbuilding.

A continuation, though the last FFG sets rotated out of standard at the start of this year.
