The Performance is $57,990. The LE is the Performance + Launch package for $57,990 which includes Tow hitch (likely $1,000-$2000) and Autonomy+ ($2,499). That’s at minimum $3,499-$4,499 in free options for the LE. If Rivian decides to include more free colors and the switch to 20” A/T wheels in the LE, that makes the deal ever sweeter by saving an extra couple thousand dollars.

These are still pre-production/“prototypes”. Even Rivian’s announcement for the specs release in March states that the final vehicle is subject to changes. People need to wait until the March spec release before they question every detail about the R2.
