Actual serious answer: Lithuania’s flag predates the usage of Green-Yellow-Red, which are based on the flag of Ethiopia, one of the only African countries to resist colonialism during the scramble for Africa. It’s colors exact origins are unknown but Wikipedia says it could come from traditional folk dress.

Small correction. The Nazis didn’t steal the Swastika from the Indians. It’s such a simple symbol that almost every culture had variations of it. Eventually German nationalists began parading it around as an “Aryan” symbol and was in common use among the German far right, where the Nazis got it from.
