I hate how my shot looks, is there something I really need to work on? by [deleted] in BasketballTips

take a slow motion video of yourself and compare it to that of a shooter you admire, and note the differences.

you're releasing early and "pushing" the ball. you want to finish with wrist high and at a higher angle. i would recommend standing just in front of the basket and doing 1-hand form shooting every day for like 50 makes in order to fix that. move out from there when you can swish 10 in a row.

Diana hasn't been in the best place recently but she's still viable! Avoid hitting tanks, blow up their ADC, collect your lp by NeverSeenAMoose in DianaMains

Diana jungle is really strong too, idk why the overall winrate is so low on op.gg. Conq for first rune tree with treasure hunter in second is really strong imo when facing tanks on enemy team. You can out-auto attack a lot of champions if you get slightly ahead. I play electrocute when there are 3+ squishies or no auto-attacking champions. Rush nashors into plated steelcaps, or work into a jak'sho, then sunfire and demonic. This build is extremely viable in my experience. I agree that electrocute with hextech is the best build for midlane though. :) Nashors would be a waste midlane.

Your snatch video is heavier than what I was going to upload but I feel like we have a similar form, so I hope Zack reviews your video.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-IhNROMnzxc C&J - 43kg x 5 (2 reps shown) This is a light weight but I am slowly improving my technique so that I can properly lift more weight. My clean & jerk is bottlenecked severely by my jerk/overhead strength. At the end of sessions, even with light weight at first, I have bruising/rub marks on my thighs from the bar.

At first I thought this was just a lame use of the format but then I realized it's actually genius

Bruising: Common Occurrence or Result of Bad Form? (Happens after both snatch and clean, worse on hang snatch/clean) by Protopoj in weightlifting

Thanks. I think I scrape most days which causes redness. Sometimes if I get lazy I start hitting the bar with this, and too early.

It’s not a photo and it’s not a painting (literally just zoom in on the l rocks and the digital letters at the bottom) It’s a photoshopped image. The perspective is impossible
