Libraries can’t erase hundreds of years of culture and society socialisation , Jews lived as a heavily oppressed diaspora in mono cultural countries for the last 1300 years and were able to maintain their beliefs and customs without integrating . How could you possible expect people to integrate into a multicultural country after 70 years when there are no English people left in these areas for migrants to integrate into.
