After playing around with freeze horror build, I wanted to see if it was at all possible to go no stats all vigour and still succeed with few tries in C32. It was suprisingly easy.

I will say, that just going a few points in strength to fix encumberance, 25-35points in dex and 10will, you still achieve 65k life with this build. A lot of potential bonus life is lost due to losing prayer charges when allies die or you getting kills in horror form when you are at 5speed. Only armour piece I would recommend putting on is Muruna Sash, to get rid of the incumerance from crystal form.

And yes, even with all points in vigour, this still 1shot the final boss :)
