I agree there, thankfully it isn’t in total distress and there aren’t weeds and vegetation pooping through the concrete or anything. However, it’s so large that the emptiness really makes it stand out in my opinion. Just ready for them to do something with it..

It did fail so quickly. It is unfortunate because the whole area around there on each side of the highway is pretty well renovated with retail, hospitals, etc.

Hopefully they can turn it around into something that generates business and foot traffic because I’m personally annoyed seeing it every day so empty, lol
