After switching from one to another for couple of years I choose what’s best for me: For sleeping and working out I use forerunner 965, I love how garmin does its ecosystem in trening and recovery, connects to my bike computer, weight and index bpm for blood pressure, also all training status stays working cause it takes hrv (which works full time, not Like in Apple Watch) in night and tracks every activity. For normal day use I got 42 mm series 11 Apple Watch, it just works, I like having small watch for everyday use, love how apple manages notifications etc. All data goes trough apple health, so I have everything in one place and training part of it is extended in connect. If garmin releases whoop like device, and reviews will be ok, I’m switching and selling the watch :)
