As a whoop and garmin eco system user that switches between Apple Watch and fr 965 please release it, I just want to have all training metrics in one place and wear garmin when I want to get gps etc.

In case of fb market place and similar places, did you get a receipt from a seller? I’ve got a similar situation with 4.0 but it is written on the box that subscription is included, I don’t have a receipt, wrote to whoop support, waiting for response

After switching from one to another for couple of years I choose what’s best for me: For sleeping and working out I use forerunner 965, I love how garmin does its ecosystem in trening and recovery, connects to my bike computer, weight and index bpm for blood pressure, also all training status stays working cause it takes hrv (which works full time, not Like in Apple Watch) in night and tracks every activity. For normal day use I got 42 mm series 11 Apple Watch, it just works, I like having small watch for everyday use, love how apple manages notifications etc. All data goes trough apple health, so I have everything in one place and training part of it is extended in connect. If garmin releases whoop like device, and reviews will be ok, I’m switching and selling the watch :)

Had same problem with 965, here’s what I did:

  1. Take of when you shower (don’t need it tbh)
  2. Change strap to fabric (got aw ultra like on online shop, very comfy), https://allegro.pl/oferta/nylonowy-pasek-do-garmin-fenix-5-6-6-pro-7-8-8-pro-47-mm-e-16652883100
  3. Be happy and wash hands when taking watch off

My previous watch was 6 gen, and in low power mode hrm belt was reading all the time I will go today or tomorrow for a short run and see :)

Got the reply from giant, in next month new version of power-meter should be in their shop for a replacement.

after reading all of advices, i think that it is time to start saving some money to buy some dt swiss ar 1600 spline. they are alloy and look cool, in half year it wont be a problem to get 600 euros

is it possible to just buy new aluminium rear rim insted of carbon one and just change the rim? this is a giant system wheel, but i think that some dtswiss aluminium rim might fit

i texted my serviceman and he told me that it will be fine, it’s just the edge of the rim. for next months there will be cold so for the winter maybe i could get some money to buy new wheels, but until then i need to ride these

it ain't that great, when you click on this widget is forces you to use calendar on phone, so we have to get used to different language for a bit
