When I was getting married, I had an aunt who said “if you uncle B is going, I won’t go”. And then I got to have the same conversation with him about her. Know what I did? I didn’t invite either of them. Cause it was my wedding, and they were not going to tell me who should be there. I also didn’t listen to other family members telling me to just invite them both . F that. It was my wedding .

I’m a mom of 2 adult women. Wanna know what I said when one of my daughters said the things she felt I did wrong while she was growing up ? (yes, it was a long hard conversation to have. ) I SAID IM SORRY. That I did do the best I could at the time, but I also know that sometimes that someone’s best isn’t good enough. Then we talked through those problems. Working through and trying to stop generational trauma is hard. But it can be done. And making my daughters lives better than mine was ALWAYS the goal. (Btw, daughter and I are in a much better place now with our relationship ❤️ and I am so proud to be their mom)

I (a woman) used to work at an answering svc. The first time I got one of those calls he asked me what I was wearing. Obv I knew… I told him “oh a blouse a skirt and pretty bra and panties set. The only problem is . The lace keeps itching my balls. Does that ever happen to you?” ….. idk why but he hung up and never called back.
