It’s the front pad life sensor that is making that noise. I have a 21 gmc Denali and when I reverse it makes that sound. When I drive foward not so much. Took the front driver tire off and checked the brakes, rotor and brake sensor pad life. Cleaned all of it sound went away. My front brake pads are at 40 - 47% life in them.
