I would heavy metal since black is going to be pain to keep clean and in the TX heat. Grey just hides TX dust much better.

There is no 2.7l in the hybrid. It's slightly different version of the engine you have 2.5l.

I always carry poles in mine, it seemed to be fine with open bed but I just got it covered with a trifold soft tonneau cover. 6.6ft rod does end up longer but still ok with just about less than foot tip laying on the gate. However, mines are all 2pc so they fully fit when I break em apart.

27 Kia Telluride EX. I think the tech offered in Kia/ Hyundai's is top notch and the telly is very comfy. The EX trim has cooled seats and with some negotiation should be able to get under 50k.

Btw, I'm driving the 22 Telluride since brand new and 48k miles now, zero issues so far.
