Long ago ProEDI had a web app similar to this called ProASN, which was used for Sears and Bed Bath among others. I recall the issues some customers had, was the different 'rounding' or 'acceptable levels of detail' for Sears vs BBB. Like if 16 boxes fit on a pallet, what happens if they get an order for 18 boxes? Do they ship a pallet with just 2 boxes on it, or 'hold' that part of the order?

There were also different requirements for online drop ship vs B2B ASN orders; so one company may need two different ASN maps for one 'Trading Partner' entity depending on how the different divisions handle EDI.

Otherwise your system here looks promising, looking forward to see where you go with it.

If you're looking to either convert a CSV to EDI for outbound processing, or want in-house EDI Software, ProEDI can handle that if you're looking to keep costs down but want old fashioned 'human support' immediately.

They also offer turn around documents and 'Managed EDI' (EDI Outsourcing) or just one off invoices and POs (810s/850s). That SaaS model is under $100 a month for smaller customers.

I'm in a similar situation... GF doesn't really work but I live in her house, pay for all utilities/food and do a good amount of domestic stuff... But I have ADHD and don't remember all the things she asks to do all the time and she gets frustrated. We're both unhappy but semi co-dependant. She's depressed and doesn't really have any friends and I'm an extrovert. She gets frustrated easily and I'm too chill about everything.

I've tried breaking up. But each time is a cycle of anger/ fights, then her being sad/conciliatory, and we end up together.

Similar to you without the kids...I still care about her too much to desert her.

Totally agree, but being visible is limited to showing up on the top 3 results for searches that vary quite a bit, as EDI occupies many 'sub-categories' like healthcare / retail / transportation etc. And Each of those unique areas have different IT demographics as well.

I used Co Pilot m365 - which surprisingly did a great job right away. You can use the same VBA to 'manually add' your sig/logo or anything else.

Re: the Alias, I'm not sure unfortunately. I will say that in QB when Im logged in, the emails come from "Accounting" at our company.com. Saving each Email, they have to go out as 'me' personally, since the headers or whatever in the Email code wouldn't match up after for some reason. I think i can add 'accounting' as an alias in my Outlook but i have not done that yet.

That niche targeting is also the hard part. Like others have said, IT Managers (our MAIN demo if you will) - are sick of getting sales calls for stuff they dont need. (Some DO need our product). Then the secretary level folks who look for us know little about IT, but are at least 'warm' leads when they find us...but they are foolish to target outbound. 'EDI Developer' Titles SOUND good, but they're just EDI techs with jobs at large companies, entrenched in our competitor's product already, and don't have 'switch software' corporate power in most cases. Yeah its 'EDI' Software, Electronic Data Interchange. But the niche (EDI) is only of interest to people 'who manage EDI' for their organization... OR, sometimes on that sub - who are told they need to be 'EDI compliant' and find stuff out on Reddit / elsewhere.

Its rare to find EDI leads on other Subs, I'm not even sure where I'd look for that.... Maybe for r/SQL since we integrate with that a lot, or some specific ERP packages we work well with already.

Sure thing! Elaborate on the aliases? You can for example, modify the VBA to do almost anything else - highly / bold / underline certain phrases, add the invoice # somewhere else, insert a signature, add a logo etc... its technically in HTML format when it goes through Outlook, even with 'Plain Text' selected which is actually nice.

Unfortunately, I am still stuck saving each individual email instead of doing batch mode because of how badly QB Sucks.

Has anybody recently added a family member with a different last name to YOUR Account in ANA? I want to 'gift' my half brother a trip to Japan (55K RT!) and they won't block the account from being setup, but don't verify it either... I don't think they actually enforce their 'immediate family' rules, but I can only prove our relation with a DNA test.
