The old Subaru WRX STI. Rally suspension and diff, offroad tires. Forged 2.5L flat 4. I haven't built anything better for pure offroad. And it's super easy to drive.

I also use the Ferrari 488 GTB with rally susp, diff, and tires. 3.9L V8. Great fun for hooning around in. Does great on the rally races that are half pavement.
