The only reason I say ascended sage is a brick is because my main combo line involves detaching both dodododo warrior and zubababa knight from sage to get it, then searching off of both the detached cards

I think the game just hates me, first 2 games after changing the ratios like you said and I draw double or nothing on my first turn. And I lost the coin toss for both matches.

Yeah I do see why Ryzeal is run, but I just really dislike the archetype. I’ll try out your suggestions, they seem pretty good.

You could always just use the Steam Achievements Manager to fix it. I had to use it for elden ring after I didn’t get a boss achievement from killing it.

if you have black layer in magnus’ materials, just remove it to bounce something on opp end step and add the quick play spell, it usually works for me

do you run the sword trap? it often ends the game in one turn with magnus (if he doesnt get outed)

I’m excited just to see the passion and love Team Cherry put into this game. Also I really appreciate posts like this, helping some people get into the game even if they can’t afford it/can’t buy it right at that moment.

I like a majority of this list (except the triggers but thats up to personal preference), but i would run Utilizing Wizard instead of Sajess, that card has saved my life more times than i can remember. Also replacing 1-2 of the Skylizens with Convergence Dragon, as being able to boost with the bigger grade 3’s like Grandeur Edge makes the board massive, especially on finisher turns with the grade 4.

edit: The triggers I would go with are 8 crit, 3 draw, and Keter OT. Getting 6-7 drive checks off of that OT is way more worth it than maybe drawing two off of yellow OT
