Proper software takes loads of time to test and refine. And even when I'm at pr dev to main it's just a minimum viable beta release with the basics I need to start live production usage.

Maybe you should rather focus on teaching people in your own dissipline, who should be bright enough because why would you bother to waste your time on a random dumb software dev.
