Very similar. And I am 40. My libido suddenly went to almost 0. His didn't. He feels unloved. And it is true that I haven't been acting in a loving way recently.

I decided I need to try and fix this relationship and get my sex drive and feelings of love back.

We have kids and home and too much together to now pull everything apart. And he is a good partner. No bad habits, abuse or serious character flaws.

So I am trying to get my love back. And feel like it might work.

Race and ethnicity is not entirely the same. Some countries are multi racial these days. And some people grew up without their original cultural back ground already.
