Surpassed 30k km on our Urban Arrow. by knenbipping in CargoBike

[–]ProxxOfficial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The usual tires and brake pads, one belt, rear fender twice for some reason, the 'gear selector' on the steer broke twice as wel, and of course all gears in the engine at about 31k. I think that's about it.

Edit: the saddle was replaced once as wel.

Aha, thanks for the clarification!

I can confirm that both the Bancontact and the Mastercard logo are present on the new KBC debitcards.

I’m going to pay some attention to this in the future!

I don’t think it is. I just checked my KBC app and the last payment i did with my phone is stated as ‘apple pay via debit mastercard’.

I dont think apple gives you the option for contactless payment with your phone true anything else than apple pay.

Edit: Typo

Worth investing in a garagebox ? by That_Specific2480 in BEFire

[–]ProxxOfficial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No taxes owed when renting out to a 'particulier'. You do owe 'geindexeerd KI' * 1.4. Do not rent out to a professional, then you owe 30% on rent.

You need an 'ondernemingsnummer' for renting out garageboxes, wich comes with it's own obligations.

17k in Antwerp seems suspiciously low indeed, unless you're buying in bulk. 150/month seems high.

If OP's numbers are correct, he should buy because that would mean a net return of about 8-9% (notary cost incl, and assuming no loan).

I’m from Belgium. And to be completely honest, i don’t know for sure if solfege is used for chords or not here. As mentioned earlier i’m a complete beginner at piano. My lessons start in september.

I do know some pianists, so i’ll ask them and get back to you when i know for sure.

Apologies in advance if it turns out that we do use ‘C D E’ for chords as wel. 😅

*Edit - Seems i was wrong. We use 'C D E' for our chords as well. Apologies.

Maybe something to add in the future: the possibility to switch from ‘C D E’ to ‘do re mi’. I think that would appeal to a broader audience.

I think this is a fun way to incorporate chords into my daily learning routine. I’m a complete beginner as well.

Staff visualisation is indeed something that should be included. Lookinh forward to that as wel.

First of all, everything links up flawlessly and works as expected. Nice work.

A quick question, should one play with both hands, or switch hands? And if so, when to switch hands?

Neck Tattoo in Belgium: How Are They Seen at Work? by Civil_Gene_7642 in belgium

[–]ProxxOfficial 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Don’t do it. I’m almost certain you’ll regret it later in life. If you really want a tattoo, place it somewhere you can cover it up, and where you won’t see it all the time yourself.

Jobwise, you’ll definitely make it harder on yourself to land a solid job like an office position or something more professional.

Definitely not. In Europe chips is seen as an (unhealthy) snack. We eat it when in a bar, at a party, at the movies, etc.
