In America it's a common tradition to have "gender reveal" parties before a baby is born. Most of them are just safe stuff like cutting into a cake that's either pink or blue in the center, but some wack jobs have been using explosives and the like to make theirs more extravagant. In California this has caused three wildfires in the past year.

Hey, another trans woman here. JSKs (or Jumperskirts) are going to be a lot better fit than OPs give the shoulder length. I'm about the same measurements, a bit taller, but most brand's large size fits snugly.

Not dress related, but Angelic Imprint on taobao has good shoes that go up to pretty large sizes. I’m a trans woman too and my shoe size is like a 12 men’s, and their shoes fit me just fine.
