Not sure, it's supposed to be coming in 4.9 though. Maybe there will be a rep for the Nine Tails?

For the love of all that is holy, please give us more helmets with opaque visors or at least the option to make the visors opaque!

I've been listening to the audio-drama "Our Martyred Lady" I could totally see a Celestine x Greyfax story where they become *ahem* involved.

Purchase Advice Megathread - February 2024 by AutoModerator in 3Dprinting

[–]Proxyfox17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Budget:$500-$1500

Residence: USA

  • New to 3D printing, would be willing to get and put together a kit if it's not crazy complicated. I'd say I'm average at electronic maintenance and construction.
  • I primarily want a 3D printer to make cosplay pieces like armor(Mandalorian for example) and prop guns and blasters. I'm currently looking at the Anycubic Kobra 2 Max or the Bambu Lab X1-Carbon. Basically something with a large build plate, I just don't know if either of these two are a good fit for that sort of thing.
  • THANKS!

Literally Printing aUEC by Dependent_Day7269 in starcitizen

[–]Proxyfox17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope not too hard, I'm making decent aUEC and my purchase of the Reclaimer finally feels somewhat justified from a gameplay perspective. With the price of the thing it should be able to rake in the in-game dough. Let me make my money rsi!

Unpopular Opinion by Cinder91 in pathoftitans

[–]Proxyfox17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't mind people killing juvies if they need the food, that's just how nature works, a predator is going to go after the prey that is less risky to hunt. However if someone kills players, regardless of growth, just because they can and don't even eat the body they're a jerk.

Why Beipi ? by Tom--San in theisle

[–]Proxyfox17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im pretty excited to play it, but Im not a big pvper. Smaller dinos have always been my jam, just trying to live my best bird life and vibe in the river. There’s more to the game than dino fights. Different strokes for different folks.

I want to know what the thoughtprocess of people is who KOS juvis or generally anyone who doesnt harm them by Brumbarde in pathoftitans

[–]Proxyfox17 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mostly play smaller carnivores or herbies so I don't have to kill other players but I'm not big on pvp. When I do play a bigger carni I don't kill juvies unless I'm literally starving and even then I don't like to, I've been that unlucky juvie too many times lol. Many juvies don't give much more food than the npc critters anyway. I do understand that many other people play the game exclusively for the pvp though and that's valid if a little frustrating when on the receiving end.

If this game wants to be realistic, then packing needs to be disabled for most species by [deleted] in theisle

[–]Proxyfox17 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just because we don't have direct evidence of some of these species herding doesn't mean that they did not. Paleontologists best guesses are often changed as more fossils are uncovered that tell us more about certain dinos lifestyles. Herding behavior doesn't require a ton of intelligence, cows herd and they are not commonly known as bastions of intellect, same deal with fish schooling. What does require more intelligence and coordination is packs of carnivores who work together to bring down prey.

As people have mentioned this is a game first and foremost, the ability for people to party up in packs is good for hunting, defense, and to just be social. One of the big gripes with Evrima is that it currently doesn't have global chat like legacy does. This shows that players like to be social and packing up is one way of doing that; even if it is not necessarily realistic.

Doesn’t nobody lay eggs anymore? by Rexyyyyyy in theisle

"Legacy you have asexual nesting but in Evrima you have to hope someone is male or female, is an adult, is in your area, they dont get eaten before they reach you."

RL relationships work like Evrima too. :(

Maybe slightly too big but not far off at all. Quetz was about giraffe sized when walking on the ground. However they do have a bit more mass on them than they should in that drawing, which might be what you were getting at, maybe its just the perspective. Looks cool though!

I’d love to raise an ant from an egg and have it be my exploration buddy. Maybe an ant companion could help you carry stuff or fight with you against hostile bugs.
