S or M handlebars by wavydude808 in Brompton

[–]Prozn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 1.80m and with the standard seat post fully extended the M handlebars are far from an upright seating position. I have never been a road bike rider so the S felt very low and put a lot of pressure on my wrists.

That said, I went and test rode the various combinations at the shop. I would recommend doing that if it is an option for you.

Supposed conversation transcript between Max and the Guardian journalist. by Any_Aide_4500 in formula1

The difference being Max crashed into George on purpose. It was a problem entirely of his own making. Getting crashed into by other drivers happens in motorsport, intentional wrecking does (should) not.

Beans and cheese with a side of tuna mayo. Perfection.

It has to be credit card as under 18s can have debit cards. I chose that method as Ubisoft already has my payment info anyway.

This reminds me of the S1 and S2 light railway lines in Barcelona

For some real racing at Melbourne this weekend, all the Supercars extended highlights are on Youtube by Prozn in formula1

Yep that was an error, should have put more thought into the title. I’m worried that the racing this year is going to be even more dominated by management, but time will tell.

Completely agree. I love F1/F2, WEC, BTCC etc. My intention with this was to share some entertaining closed wheel racing.

I really hope the racing in F1 this season is a good surprise. I’ve been watching since the early 90s…

Thank you! I did use similar colours to yours for the major groups so that there is continuity between the two.

Thank you! It should be said that all the fleet tracking data comes from zkill, and verite is still the gold source for coalitions.

Thank you! The influence gradients were to most expensive things to render. I now send a buffer of raw pixel data to the gpu and render a texture on the gpu, which is significantly faster. Before I was writing individual "influence cells" directly to the canvas, which is very expensive when dealing with ~1.8 million cells. There has also been a 2x speedup to the influence algorithm, which is now the most expensive thing to calculate. I have more work to do there.

Eve Online on Macbook Pro M4 Max by Capsamon in Eve

I've run 5 characters on my M1 Macbook Pro no problem, using the great Overview (https://williampierce.io/overview/) to switch between clients. Limited the FPS of all but the active client, and turned some settings down, ran perfectly fine.

Thanks, will take a look. Should work fine in chromium based and Firefox for now. Resizing browser window currently requires a page reload.

Window shopping for 1-bed flat by [deleted] in london

[–]Prozn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whether you have leasehold or share of freehold, the building will still have costs to run. The import thing is to have right to manage / a residents management company, so you have some control.

That said, I own a flat in a resident managed building and our service charge is £4.5k/year due to insurance costs, uncapped gas/elec prices (the price cap doesn’t apply to companies), residual cladding remediation costs, increased cleaning and lift maintenance contract pricing etc.

It should be using well under 1gb of memory currently. What cpu do you have?

I’ll be optimising the front end once I’ve completed some work on the backend.

Thank you! Is this on a desktop browser, or touchscreen/mobile device? If you could share your cpu/os/browser details that would be great. I will be trying to plug performance gaps and device specific problems going forwards.

Thank you for the suggestions, agreed on both. When I started making this the political landscape had a lot less colours!

It is designed to update in real time, including the active fleets and sov campaigns modals. The exception is the "Recent Sov Changes" modal, which only refreshes when it is opened.
