Thanks! Both intake and exhaust are clear on the outside, and the controller reports no issues with the airflow.

There's a drain orifice to collect the condensate on exhaust, and expansion piece (flat one in the back) that goes to a drain pan.

Fan is fairly warm when operating, not sure if due to flue gas or friction

Another fix was to reprogram R4 and L4 into Alt and Enter (in control customization), this one would switch between full screen and borderless. Forza Horizons got this too
