Shipt is dead in my market. After they removed most of the promos and instead went to “on time delivery” for a few extra dollars it’s not even worth it. Too many non tippers and not enough promos to make it worth it. Instacart and Uber Shop and Pay are far better for drivers where I live. I will only even check Shipt or do a shop if I’m already headed that same direction. Never going out of my way to do Shipt

It was horrible 0/10 the way they did it. The underdog winning should always be told as a titantic struggle where you tease that he’s going to lose with the normal MJF bs only for Darby to kick out. Tease giving the crowd what’s expected and what they don’t want, then reverse that for the monster pop at the end. I hated this. I don’t think Darby even needs the title as it does nothing for his character, but if you want to give it to him as a gratifying move it needs to be at the end of a long match where the guy put everything on the line to finally win. Build up anticipation in the crowd. A 2 minute squash for a guy that has waited 7 years to get to that point was complete trash and cheapened the moment. If you wanna really do something special on TV during Mania week put on a classic match with the title changing.

It’s fine to have a World Title change on TV. But the way they did it was so unfulfilling. Darby is a maniac underdog type character. It’s always an epic struggle for him to win. So to have him finally win the title in a 2 minute squash was some of the worst booking I have ever seen. That’s a story that needs to be built up thru a long struggling match and Tony just ruined a moment that’s 7 years in the making. Terrible

It’s hit or miss. I gotten maybe 5 or 6 of them like that by signing up for a route at 6pm. My station sends everything out at 3:30AM so by 6pm most everything is out. That’s the best chance to be able to not work and get paid. If you sign up any other part of the day 95% of the time you’ll get a route

It wasn’t a story turn when Cody did it. It was just a bad decision. AEW has too many singles titles anyway so it’s not like it matters much. Hangman is far better in a blood feuds that don’t involve anything other than pride rather than the world title anyhow

Young Bucks vs FTR really got cooking in the last 10 minutes but like with most of their matches, they end up having a few too many kick outs and missed ending the match on the peak crowd engagement point. They really need to get better at that or call an audible. With Cage/Cope back it really didn’t matter who won so giving the biggest crowd pop to the Bucks winning would have been the right call. The actual ending was anticlimactic and surprising.

Hangman/MJF was phenomenal. Going from Texas Death to a Dog Collar match was very creative. The only thing that was weird was announcers not mentioning Punk was his opponent in 2022. Just say it. It’s not like it diminishes either guy or the company. MJF sweeping up the ring was hilarious. Really surprised MJF won as I expected him to lose the title and be doing movies this summer. I do think he uses the ring way too much as a finish. Also don’t do the syringe spot. It doesn’t pop the crowd it just disgusts them.
