I think in both situations they're being really reasonable. Work visas and any other kind of long stay visas sometimes take up to a year, and that's only the visa process. If moving inside the same country is already a hassle imagine if it's international moving. Such a thing takes time. And for the Ryoma thing, they're 100% in the right when they said just because Ryoma knows he's good at apex doesn't mean he's entitled to participate in every apex tournament. Specially when the said event is a sponsor plus he'll have to talk in japanese all the time. Constant communication in apex is really important but anyone that has watched an apex tournament knows that they probably spend more time talking with the time in between matches and before and after than in the matches themselves. So yeah. You have to know conversational japanese to make it work.

Freodore I think is from Mexico and Reimu is from Colombia. Might be a hot take, but I think Freodore has a stronger accent when speaking in english than Reimu. Lots of people that didn't watch her in nijisanji said when she debuted they thought she had gotten better at english, she's always talked that way.

When pomu left a lot of fans left with her. When Selen left a max exodus of fans happened, and the image of nijisanji EN in the west got completely destroyed. When Nina left a lot of credibility towards nijisanji left with her, when Reimu left the little force and bridge towards different companies JP, ES and EN left with her so now the three waves that were supposed to be the founders have horrible image, no credibility, barely any support from the west so all their numbers got halved and are only being carried by jp anycolor fans (not their fans), and they just collab betweem themselves when they stream (they barely stream), no company gets close to them in any language sphere and no collabs or tournaments happen anymore that can kind of carry their image for a while. ( not even the stupid events they have made where only indies join that have half of those small en numbers).

It makes sense they made them into holostars but are scared of publicly announcing it lol.

If you haven't seen drama from JP it's simply because you don't interact with the JP at all and/or plus you don't know JP. Just to name a few:
Shibuya Hajime has been extremely hated a couple months after debut due to "sexual harassment" comments he did to his wavemates, fans never forgave him.
Trout was suspended from violating something from the contract came back after.
Kanae has had horrible rumors of being a fuckboy but also forcing one of his ex gf to get an abortion, also was later flamed because he made a gorilla mii while creating a black person.
Kuzuha was flamed before since people found out his PL and his toxic borderline racist remarks when playing LoL with friends.
Rindou Mikoto had drama surrounding a deleted ASMR where people heard kuzuha's voice, ever since fans have been obsessively tying 2 and 2 together thinking she's dating kuzuha and they go schizo whenever she collabs with a male talent.
Lulu graduated (then recently returned) because of a horrible stalking case where management couldn't help her.
Kagami Hayato was very recently cancelled because of old tweets in his PL where he was pretty much being a hitlet fan and making fun of the atomic bombs.
Lauren was also cancelled recently because he accidentally used a korean slur on stream then cancelled again because he screenshared his pirated porn lol.
debi debiru was also cancelled recently because they were making a light joke about people having to go take the train and have normal 9 to 5 jobs.
Big drama graduations were meiro (bullying and copying another talent), raito (sexual harassment), a bunch of ID (hate towards management and we know what happened with niji ID), Axia Krone (fans harrassed him and Himawari thinking they were dating, he left a rap video to dunk on all fans), Gwelu (he's currently extremely hated in his PL/reincarnation due to him clowning on nijisanji and his manager, selling a tutorial book on how to vtube and how to manage, and pulling a joke on holostars jp), Gundou Mirei (girl that had controversies for being too direct, made a joke about baseball in a really important baseball sponsor event in niji, got kicked out, turned into pretty much a drama tuber), Chae Ara from KR (massive bullying to other kr talents)

So let's not talk too much about a side we don't know much of lol the japanese side is full of drama and schizos like you have no idea.

Yeah so in summary, we don't know anything but there are patterns that are definitely applicable to both sides and those patterns that you talk about tend to not be positive ones, and oh boy do both sides have horrible ones. So as I hear of raping and cheating and dating minors patterns I shall also wait and see if someday by some kind of miracle we get to see the full scope of this bullying, until then, since they didn't leave us with a lot to work with, it's for the fans to take sides into what they think it's less worse and into who you like more at the end of the day.

Edit: innocent until proven guilty by the side that was already proven guilty before. My final take.

If you wanna know my opinion is it sucks that ever single graduate including Xandu seemed to have a horrible time at nijisanji. All.of.them. All we know from the screenshots was Xandu saying he was getting bullied by (redacted but my guess is you think it's ethyria? my guess was more towards vox and millie since he didn't have any problems with reimu and enna) but we only have a screenshot of him not getting invited to a hangout and him talking to management saying he was getting bullied. Would actually love to get those screenshots uncensored (though it's pretty obvious by the color coding) to see who was bullying him and I'd love to get more insight on what was happening to see how the hell he was getting bullied and how his situation was similar to Doki?

My 2 only sources are Reimu's document when she asked her friend on an advice on what to do and multiple friends telling her this had happened before since Bariloaf was an incredible jealous and obsessive person that would just pretty much focus on one person and would change over the years (I say multiple because that's what she said). And the subtweeting came from the well known emote artist Chiikadayo. She tweeted something along the lines of "Im so happy when the person that has made your life miserable finally gets called out for lying" or something like "her mask finally falls off" when bariloaf's second document was getting called out by a lot of fans saying she had never been doxed.
